-Added life system: when you lose a level you can restart the same level if you have a life.
-Extra life: you get extra life each time you score 150 points.
-Added pause menu: Press Esc button in level to pause the game.
-Game difficulty: Slowed down ball, made it a bit bigger, and different color.
-Other bug fixes.
